Many clients enjoy working online via video call meaning location is not an issue.  


Within organisations, this could be at the business premises if suitable for the coachee.

6 Week Mindfulness in the Workplace Course

An initial no obligation consultation meeting with the organisation to discuss how the course could add value for the organisation and its people and be tailored to specific requirements.


A 45 minute taster session is offered to invite interest from potential participants and give an overview, short mindful experience, day to day tips and an overview of the course.


The course is then delivered on a voluntary basis in 1 hour sessions for 6  consecutive weeks. 


Over the 6 weeks, the course covers the theory of mindfulness, practical experiences and home practice, building week on week. There is evidence that after 6-8 weeks the brain can start to change and benefits start to be noticed.

6 Week Mindfulness for Busy People Course

This is the 6 week course run privately  for people working in organisations  either in shared workspaces or private venues. This is an in person course.
